Sending employees to seminars and training programs is very costly and time consuming. So we offer programs that are taught at your plant.
These programs are designed to provide your employees with the Training and Educational Tools helping them Maximize Productivity and Quality. We provide training modules, such as pre-press, die making, die cutting, nicking, ejection procedures, make –ready. We also encourage the company staff to get involved and become enthusiastic about new methods and materials. Our Global Overview program, analyzes, how each production, cell affects another and what can be done to elevate the profitability of the company.
The In-House training program provides the trainer a clear perspective of the challenges being faced on a day to day basis by all members of the staff. The materials, being used, the condition of equipment, the facility layout, communication and standard operating procedures. Our sessions also include classroom settings so that the trainer can explain the manufacturing process.

Meet one of My Press Needs Technical Specialists: Nicholas Crabtree
Nick started his career working for a company in England called Thomas Forman and Sons, the company specialized in high end carton manufacture, with customers such as Revlon, Elizabeth Arden and Dinky Toys. During his time at Formans Nick earned a degree as a Fellow of the Institute of Packaging from Surrey University. He was also involved in the development of the first CAD software used to generate die layouts and drive the first lasers.
In 1981 he moved to Toronto, Canada to manage and operate Cut-A-Die Canada Ltd. The dieshop had a laser and CAD system for constructing some of the first laser dies on the market. In 1985 he moved to Minneapolis to work at Mathias Die Company before once again becoming involved in the software industry at Cimex Inc.
Nick has taught diecutting principles as far away as Australia, Europe and all over the United States. He has spoken at numerous functions and lectured at a number of universities. He has audited and advised many companies on how to improve their diecutting practices, and taught how to cut difficult materials. His experience spans all aspects of diemaking and diecutting from gaskets, to cartons to corrugated and many other diecut materials.
